#2: MunchDiary - Home-roasted Nuts

Self-roasted Nuts
Nuts are a healthy, filling snack that can help you lose weight, boost your mood, protect your heart, boost brain power, get rid of tummy flab and more!

Sometimes when I know I have to go through long hours without a meal break, I'll just eat a small handful of nuts and man, they really fill you up and you'll never go hungry for hours. KUDOS.

My family loves our nuts. hahaha no kidding. Nuts can get really expensive and many variations sold are high in sodium(salt!) and added-fat(oil!) We usually get our raw/plain roasted nuts from Mustafa, as the price tends to be relatively cheaper. Dad will then roast them again in the oven and mix them together! The smell during the process is oh so heavenly~

Man, there must be at least 10 different kind of nuts this time

Nuts are high in good fats that are beneficial to us. Due to their high fat content, nuts are rather high in calories. However certain researches showed that, our body are able to absorb all of the fats as our enzymes are unable to completely break the hardy plant cells down down. Thus, we can close one eye on the high calorie content I guess? ;)

Nuts have too many nutritional benefits to list!! so lazy me will just add in this infographic, with a link to the website at the end, to help everyone out!
